What is the process for booking an equipment trial with you?

What is your policy on service charges?
Pediatric clients get FREE Growth Adjustments when they’re done with the ADP therapist. We have found that this helps the ADP authorizer stay in contact with the client to understand what changes are happening. Equipment repairs are available in-store. Labour and Trip Charges apply for any home or school visits to repair equipment.
How are warranties handled?
We honor all manufacturer warranties. They are managed through our service department which can be reached at 905-728-1112 #2.
What extended hours do you work?
Requests for visits after normal business hours are possible on a pre-arranged basis.
