We also understand that successful equipment provision doesn’t end when a product arrives. Delivery, setup, fitting, and configuration are essential parts of the process. Even the right product may not provide the intended benefits if it is not properly fitted or adjusted. Our team takes the time to set up equipment carefully and configure it to meet the child’s individual requirements, helping families feel confident using it safely and effectively.

What is the process for booking an equipment trial?

What is your policy on service charges?
Pediatric clients get FREE Growth Adjustments when they’re done with the ADP authorized therapist. We have found that this helps the ADP authorized therapist stay in contact with the client to understand what changes are happening.
Equipment repairs are available by booking an appointment for service. Repairs and service can be completed in-store or in the community, whether it be at your residence (home), school, facility etc.
Note * Labour and trip charges may apply for any home or school visits to repair equipment.
How are warranties handled?
We honour all manufacturer warranties and they are managed through our service department which can be reached at 905-728-1112 (option 2).
What extended hours do you offer?
Requests for visits outside of our regular hours of business are possible on a pre-arranged basis.
